What happens if you die without a Will?
An out of date Will can be as bad as no Will at all and cause unnecessary heartache and expense for your family. If you die without a valid Will the law will decide who gets what.
A properly drafted Will can instruct the following;
The cost to establish a Will is not that expensive when compared to the costs of fixing up the problems caused by ‘homemade’ Wills or having no Will at all.
